Application for a Stall/Space/Pitch
Dear Stall, Space or Pitch holder
The Hello Hookwood association invites you to apply for a pitch, stall or space at the Hellow Hookwood Fun Day Saturday 1st September.
As all space is limited, early booking is recommended. We are asking you to give information about your Stall/Space/Pitch so that we can ensure a good variety without undue duplication. We want to offer flexibility.
To assist with the organisation of event, we require that all applications be received early, and no later than the 8th August 2012. Please note that all available pitches may be booked before that date.
Applications for stalls/space/pitch will be accepted only on the appropriate application form.
Tables are available for hire at £5.00 each, excepting Community stalls.
The show will officially open at 1100 hrs and close at 1700hrs. Stalls, Space and Pitches can be set up from 0800 (unless by prior arrangement) and in any event be ready by 1030hrs. No dismantling of stalls, space or pitches until the show as closed.
PARKING VERY RESTRICTED. Stall/Pitch/Space holders will be issued with one (1) permit which must be clearly displayed in the vehicle. Vehicle(s)in the small car park alongside the memorial hall, No vehicle movement is allowed until the close of the event there can be no exception.
ALTERNATIVE PARKING: Other off–site parking is very close by are available. No camping.
At the end of the show please put all rubbish into plastic bags and take to the wast bins provided by the Memorial Hall main entrance.
If it is appropriate that you have Public Liability Insurance, or necessary licence(s), please have the documentation with you and available on the day. We will require a copy. Admission may be refused.
Please note that any fund raising or sales must only be within your pitch/stall/space.
Please return your completed form together with your cheque as soon as possible and on behalf of the Organising Committee we welcome you to the show.
