1. Q. What is the draw for and how is the money shared?

A.  To help raise funds to enable us to build a future, plan and prepare for next years “Hello Hookwood 2012” on Saturday 1^st September 2012
The money collected makes up the Prize Fund and covers the administration costs of the licences etc. The rest goes to the Association.

2. Q. How many PRIZES and when drawn?

A.    Nine (9) PRIZES and drawn on the 10^th December at the Memorial Hall.

3. Q. What are the PRIZES? 

A.    CASH PRIZES £100, £80, £70,£60,£50,£40,£30,£20,£10  == NINE (9) Prizes

4. Q. How do I know if I have won? 

A.   The draw will be drawn in public and ALL winners will be displayed on our website within 2 working days.

B.    They will be also displayed at the Memorial Hall within 2 working days

C.    We will contact winners from the ticket stub details within 2 working days.

5. Q.  How do I claim my win and from whom?

A.   Contact the Treasurer by telephone or email or check our website. Cross references will be made. Prize cheques will be posted.
